Return Period
In accordance with European Union consumer protection law and Dutch law (Wet koop op afstand), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund without giving any reason. The return period begins on the day you receive the goods.
If you have ordered multiple items in one order, the 14-day period starts on the day you receive the last item, or if the items are delivered separately, on the day you receive the first item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be in their original packaging when possible
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
Cost of Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning such items.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within the return period to notify us of your intention to return
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable
- Package the item securely in its original packaging when possible
- Ship the item to the address we provide
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
- Items without original packaging or tags
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Refund Procedure
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item, minus any non-refundable shipping charges.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs.
Please provide photos of the defect or damage when contacting us, as this helps us process your claim more quickly.

This return policy is in compliance with European Union Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Dutch consumer protection legislation. As a consumer, you have additional rights that cannot be limited by this policy.
